Where you will make an impact
You will help shape how customers and operating teams understand and use Onyx products. The role combines user research, information architecture, interface design, prototyping, design systems, and close collaboration with engineers through implementation.
What you will do
Core responsibilities
- Research user needs and turn insight into clear flows and information structures.
- Create interface designs, prototypes, and reusable design-system patterns.
- Prepare developer-ready specifications and support implementation quality.
- Test concepts with users and iterate from evidence rather than assumption.
- Keep product experiences consistent across customer and internal operating tools.
What we are looking for
Role requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showing problem framing, user flows, interface design, and the thinking behind the work.
- Comfort using Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
- Google UX Design, Figma, Nielsen Norman Group, or related UX research and design certification is an advantage.

- Design decisions are grounded in user evidence and documented clearly for implementation.
- Reusable patterns improve consistency across products and internal tools.
