Where you will make an impact
You will be responsible for turning The ChopYard's standards into a dependable daily operation. That means coordinating people, service, stock, cash control, suppliers, cleanliness, and customer experience while solving operating issues before they affect guests.
What you will do
Core responsibilities
- Run daily service, staffing, stock, cash-control, and closing routines.
- Set clear standards for food quality, guest experience, cleanliness, and service speed.
- Coordinate kitchen, counter, delivery, and supplier activity during each operating day.
- Review sales, waste, stock use, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Coach the team and resolve operating issues before they affect customers.
What we are looking for
Role requirements
- Minimum BECE certificate; WASSCE, TVET, HND, or hospitality training is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience supervising restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service operations.
- Comfort with cash handling, mobile-money processes, stock control, and shift leadership.
- Food safety, hygiene, customer-service, basic accounting, or hospitality-management certification is an advantage.
What success looks like
Outcomes that matter
- Daily service starts prepared and closes with accurate operational handover.
- Food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and service speed remain consistent.
- Stock loss, waste, cash discrepancies, and avoidable operating failures are controlled.
- Team members understand their standards and receive clear coaching when performance slips.
