Where you will make an impact

You will be responsible for turning The ChopYard's standards into a dependable daily operation. That means coordinating people, service, stock, cash control, suppliers, cleanliness, and customer experience while solving operating issues before they affect guests.

Core responsibilities

  • Run daily service, staffing, stock, cash-control, and closing routines.
  • Set clear standards for food quality, guest experience, cleanliness, and service speed.
  • Coordinate kitchen, counter, delivery, and supplier activity during each operating day.
  • Review sales, waste, stock use, customer feedback, and team performance.
  • Coach the team and resolve operating issues before they affect customers.

Role requirements

  • Minimum BECE certificate; WASSCE, TVET, HND, or hospitality training is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service operations.
  • Comfort with cash handling, mobile-money processes, stock control, and shift leadership.
  • Food safety, hygiene, customer-service, basic accounting, or hospitality-management certification is an advantage.

Outcomes that matter

  • Daily service starts prepared and closes with accurate operational handover.
  • Food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and service speed remain consistent.
  • Stock loss, waste, cash discrepancies, and avoidable operating failures are controlled.
  • Team members understand their standards and receive clear coaching when performance slips.

Clear standards. Real ownership.

The ChopYard is building a disciplined food and hospitality operation around quality, speed, consistency, and a strong guest experience. You will join a team where practical ownership is visible in every service.
